We have been developing and manufacturing thermostats at our Hungarian site – together with our customers – since 1988. As it is a mechanical and very reliable component, mainly used to regulate and control refrigeration circuits, there is still a great demand for these products. At our site in Hungary, we currently produce around 500 000 thermostats per year. With expansion into new markets, we expect market demand to continue to grow in the future.
Our Advantages:
The basic function of a wax thermostat is to create expansion at a specific ambient temperature using a specially developed wax mixture. This is able to control and regulate the flow of cooling water, for example, through the mechanical linkages established. Customer specifications for opening and closing temperatures and other parameters such as flow rate can be taken into account and implemented at the development stage.
Our product portfolio includes not only the classic wax thermostat, but also individual wax cartridges. We also offer complete assemblies on request, including pre-assembled plastic thermostat housings. Thanks to our calibration process, all our thermostats are 100% tested to ensure the highest quality standards.
